Yup, Sherlock/Violin is my OTP. (LOL)
As a violin player, nothing makes me happier than seeing someone place the bow in the right area of the instrument instead of over the neck.
Yes, I know Ben can’t actually play the violin, but the mimic is great. A+ for having someone show him how to do it.
According to the Commentary for A Scandal in Belgravia, he actually did learn how to play a few tunes on the violin! But good god he is so sexy when he’s pretending to play.

Also, he can play “Mary had a Little Lamb” and “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” for me any day.
